Responsibilities & Skills Required

• Pre-sales team works closely with sale team in presenting our capabilities, to prospective customers globally.
• We work with some of the largest and most diverse customers panning across industry verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Telecom, BPOs, Contact Centers, Consumer Products, Automotive, Manufacturing, Utilities and so on.
• This is a global team that works with commercial team and prospects across the world and is a conduit between our customers and our Digital and Product teams.
• Do you excel in product consulting and pitching to C-suite clients.
• Do you enjoy working in a global setup where you get to interact with commercial team in different regions and work with them to strategize customer pitch.
• As a pre-sales consultant, you will work closely with very experienced commercial team across geographies while pitching and consulting our solutions to C-suite customers.

• Key Accountabilities:-
• Present capabilities/ solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner.
• Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals, including providing inputs for RFP response document.
• Direct customer interaction along with commercial/ sales team.
• Build strong collaborative relationship with cross-functional product development teams across SHL function.
• Client meetings/ calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals.
• Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client.

Eligibility & Experience Required

• Prior experience in a technology company in a customer facing role.
• Need to have excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to talk to C-suite clients.
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Ability to multi-task to work on multiple simultaneous customer engagements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Prior experience in a product company is preferred.
