Responsibilities & Description Details

• Professionally handle incoming request from customers, prospects, internals and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
• Reviewing accuracy of purchase orders, contracts, agreements including terms, pricing and discounts.
• Ensure all sales orders are are renewals processed in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Work on 50 plus tickets for week across Zendesk, Salesforce and Jira within defined SLA.
• Act as liaison between sales legal and security teams to ensure contract related task are completed and recorded.
• Partner with finance, sales and operations teams to research and resolve customer enquiries.
• Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes.
• Other singles support duties are assigned.

• Good composition skills and ability to compose grammatically correct and concise written responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings weekends or holidays.
