- Responsibilities for this position includes for providing local office support of marketing materials and utilizing internal systems. Position acts as an initial point of contact for DDP system users for materials or enhancement request and system support.
- Collect and document business requirements for marketing material updates. Document or coordinates system issues or enhancement analysis and participate in team meetings to assist in setting priorities. Generate marketing materials, sports check and distribute the marketing teams. Validate, test and document system changes based on system user feedback.
- Coordinate peace review with business users to achieve sign off. Provide additional support for the product or regions absence and tight deadlines.
Eligibility, Experirnce/ Professional Skills
- Candidate should have a bachelors or masters degree or equivalent in a related field preference in finance and marketing with 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Intermediate skill set level in MS office software. Prior quality control experience and track record preferred. Solid quantitative and analytical skills. Strong attention to details. Ability to add here to established time frames and schedules and established that lines.
- Prayer experience with job trafficking high volume documents services is preferred. Financial and middle office support experience is preferred. Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
