Job Profile & Company Details

Responsibilities & Skills Required

• Provide IT Support in a mixed Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows 10 and Linux  environment.
• Manage the new hire onboarding process set up account and equipment for ne employees and provide user training.
• Manage the IT Helpdesk ticket queue using JIRA service desk.
• Administrator G-Suite Okta Microsoft Active Directory, and other corporate platforms.
• Provide meeting, A/V and VOIP support.
• Document and update IT processes, while trying to find holes in them.
• Have Familiarity with using a ticketing system to manage and solve IT issues (JIRA preferred).
• Manager our local and remote printers.
• Support IOS and Android devices.

Eligibility, Exp. & Skills Required

• 0 to 2 years of Desktop support in a Mac/ Window environment.
• Some experience using an MDM solution preferable JAMF and Air watch.
• Knowledge in antivirus or malware solutions.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools Zoom & Hangouts Meet preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a high growth team focused company with minimal day to day supervision.
• BS in a technical major preferred.
• You will be working in IT, so you will constantly test and evaluate new technology as it becomes available.
