- Support and provide service via calls, emails and tickets. Work on provided offline activities. Ability to diagnose and analyse technical problems.

- Knowledge of excel and PPT is a must. Experience in BMS and HVAC commissioning, PLC and DCS programming, energy meter or chiller etc. Understanding areas of energy leakage.
- Working with sequence of operations of HVAC assets such as hot water systems, chilled water systems, AHU and FCU etc. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills and passion for technology and customer support.
