Responsibilities & Description Details

• Act as an interface between the Engineering team and Product stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of Engaged applications.
• Creation of user stories and proper documentation of BRD’s, functional specification documents.
• Analyze the feasibility and development of requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
• Prepare high level concepts and work closely with the Product/ Engineering teams to build prototypes and POCs.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.

Eligibility, Exp. & Professional Skills

• Translate and simplify the customer requirements into the Product Requirements and Document including functional and business specification.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstracts up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Previous experience in Business/ Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance and A degree in IT/ Computer Science.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and doing technical analysis as needed.
• Work closely with the Self Organized Teams to analyze/ reprioritize requirements based on changes in business needs/ demands.
